Privacy policy

What we collect

The site is built as static pages and does not run third-party analytics, behavioral trackers, or identity-graph pixels. We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar services. If we later enable analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting provider that records aggregate page-view and session data with no individual identification, and this policy will be updated before the change ships.

Like any web host, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) records standard server-log metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URL) for security and rate-limiting purposes. These logs are not used for advertising or analytics, and we do not link them to any identity.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share personal data.
• We don’t accept user-submitted content of any kind.
• We don’t use behavioral retargeting ads.
• We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. The site is intended for adults considering tattoo-removal treatment.

Future features

If we add features that collect or store information about you (for example, an interactive calculator that remembers your inputs between pages), we’ll update this policy and surface the change before the feature ships.

Your rights (CCPA / CPRA / TDPSA / GDPR)

If you’re a resident of California, Texas, the EU, or the UK, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data, if any, we hold about you.
• Request a copy of that data.
• Correct or delete it.
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell or share, so no opt-out is currently required).
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any).
• Receive equal service regardless of whether you exercise these rights.

Because the site collects no personal identifiers, we typically have no personal data tied to you to return. Contact us to make a request. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use no third-party tracking cookies by default. If we later enable ad-network or analytics cookies that require consent, we’ll show a consent banner and update this policy.
